These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JOZI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
JOZI is owned and operated by Maxsoft International Inc. (“JOZI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using JOZI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use JOZI.
  • By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • JOZI is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

To use JOZI, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Keep your profile information up to date
  • Be responsible for all activity conducted through your account

JOZI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person or create fake accounts
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
  • Solicit money, financial assistance, or engage in scams
  • Post illegal, obscene, hateful, or sexually exploitative content
  • Use the Platform for advertising, solicitation, or commercial purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Platform or its systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or share, including:

  • Photos
  • Messages
  • Voice notes
  • Profile descriptions

By using JOZI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

JOZI does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Matching and Platform Features

JOZI provides matchmaking suggestions based on user-provided information, preferences, and behavioral signals.

  • Matches are not guaranteed
  • JOZI does not promise relationship outcomes
  • Automated systems are designed to support fairness and safety, not to manipulate visibility

Paid features enhance functionality but do not guarantee increased matches or specific results.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

JOZI may offer free and paid subscription plans.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring billing (where applicable)
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Pricing, features, and billing cycles may vary by region

You are responsible for managing subscriptions through your app store or payment provider.

7. Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement

JOZI reserves the right to:

  • Monitor activity for safety and compliance
  • Investigate reports and suspected violations
  • Remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion

JOZI is not responsible for offline interactions between users. Users are encouraged to exercise caution when meeting others.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your behavior poses a risk to others

10. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or error-free service
  • Compatibility with all devices

JOZI is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • JOZI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to JOZI in the previous 12 months

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
